Walter Textil GmbH as a specialist for the manufacture of warps for knitting puts product quality in the center of its daily work. With the quality management system ISO 9001 we want to emphasize this.

Walter Textil GmbH has delivered quality “made in Germany” for more than 50 years now. In order to guarantee this quality we have a constant quality control starting with the delivery of the threads up to the dispatch of the warp beams produced. Our employees’ know how is essential for the constant development and improvement of our products. Quality management is thus promoted in our company and is actively lived by the employees.

It is not cheaper products that will secure our competitiveness but better ones.

When warping on our own behalf we exclusively use selected high-grade, STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified yarns. Both, when warping on our own behalf and as wage work we produce warps for knitting which meet all requirements on our modern Karl Mayer direct warping machines . All direct warping machines used at Walter Textil GmbH are equipped with monitoring device in order to avoid mistakes or to immediately spot them. The threads used by us are checked for quality before the start of production. In our in-house laboratory individual threads can be checked in view of shrinkage, strain and tear strength. Moreover we produce sample pieces in grey and color (high temperature dyeing). The results of the tests are filed.

Fulfilling our customers’ requests also includes delivery in due time, either by our longstanding forwarding agents or by our own company trucks.
